The device does not start

Please check the battery and connect a different one if necessary (2). If the status LED (6) lights up red after start-up but the battery LED is green or orange, please contact your dealer.

There is no sound

If the device boots up successfully but does not play any sound, there could be a number of reasons for this. Please follow these steps:

  • Check whether 'Sleep mode' is active (see Configuration). Sleep mode is active by default between 17:00 and 06:00 CET.
  • Trigger the sensor manually:
    • The status LED flashes green when triggered (6): The sensor and soundbox are working correctly. Please check the connection to the speaker (3).
    • The status LED flashes red when triggered (6): There are no sounds stored in the device, so please contact your dealer.
    • The status LED remains dark when triggered (6): The sensor or soundbox (4) is defective. Please test manually with the speaker (see Configuration > Advanced). If the manual test is successful, check the sensor and sensor cable. If no sound is played during the manual test, please contact your dealer.

Read the error code.
