Soft-IRIS via smartphone

If you’re unable to use our dedicated IRIS device—such as when your camera doesn’t support audio input—you can still synchronise your footage using Soft-IRIS.

To use Soft-IRIS:

  1. Go to My Profile > Tools > Soft-IRIS.
  2. You’ll see a rapidly changing QR code on your screen.
  3. Record this QR code using your camera, smartphone, or drone either within 3 seconds after you start recording or within 3 seconds before you stop recording.
  4. Repeat this process for each video recording.

This QR code helps us sync your footage even without audio.

Make sure the QR code is visible and not blurred when you film it.
